These Terms govern your use of the FavGig website, application, browser extension, tools, and related services. By using FavGig, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and activity under your account.

Permitted use

FavGig is provided for lawful seller research, gig analysis, keyword research, and related business use. You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with security, scrape or overload systems, resell access without permission, upload malicious code, or use FavGig to violate another party’s rights or any applicable law.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features, prices, billing periods, usage limits, and renewal details are shown at checkout or inside the application. You authorize applicable charges when purchasing a plan. Taxes and third-party payment-provider terms may apply.

No ranking or income guarantee

FavGig provides research, estimates, comparisons, and automated analysis. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by marketplace changes, location, personalization, filters, and third-party availability. FavGig does not guarantee rankings, impressions, clicks, orders, clients, revenue, or business results.

Third-party platforms

Your use of Fiverr and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies. FavGig is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Fiverr International Ltd.

Intellectual property

FavGig and its software, branding, design, content, and original technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in the information you submit, while granting FavGig the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features, and may enforce reasonable usage and security limits. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Termination

You may stop using FavGig at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FavGig is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties. FavGig is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its output. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so certain provisions may not apply to you.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the support method in your account or the Contact page.
